Shane and Jill contributed to the SPARC document ‘Outdoor Activities Guidelines for Leaders – Multisport’ and also attached here as a PDF.

Shane and Jill have been organising events since 2002. Events that we have organised include:

• Short Course Multisport Events (12km kayak, 5km to 8km run, 12km to 30km cycle)
• Long Course Multsiport Events - Home to Pub
• Kayak Relay Races
• Mountain Runs
