Upper Hutt Mighty Mites Duathlon

The Mighty Mites Duathlon is aimed at kids from Upper Hutt aged 4 - 11 years old. The event will include a fun off-road run (prepare to get muddy!), followed by a quick spin on your mountain bike. You don't need any fancy equipment, just a safe bike (but no training wheels please), a standards approved helmet, and a pair of running shoes. Distances will vary depending on your age.

We believe that taking part is the most important thing, so all finishers will receive a medal and certificate. We also think it's really good to celebrate our competitive streaks, so special medals and prizes will be awarded to the top five placegetters in each category.

Plus, nominate your school or kindy when you enter - there will be a special trophy for the top school at the end of the day.
