Our Community

The Wellington Multisport Community is an active and awesome bunch of people that really make this sport rock. Far from being hampered by the wind and the lack of a good river for kayaking (apart from when the Hutt is in flood when it is one of the most intimidating rivers around), Wellington multisporters have made their mark with wins and podium finishes in races as events as diverse as the Motu, the Coast to Coast, the GoldRush, the Southern Traverse, the Arrow 24 Hour Adventure Race Series, XPD and the Adventure Racing World Championships.

Home of the Home to Pub - voted the best value for money race in 2006 by the Sportzhub community, the Wellington scene has a number of really good things going for it.
